Working in Financial industry as Consultant for many years has given Jalal the exposure to be result oriented and serving Canadians and no-Canadians with Financial consultancy. Together with his talent and field exposure, Jalal has helped many clients with their corporate reorganizations, estate and succession planning, , corporate and personal tax minimization strategies and dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency.
Jalal holds a Masters in Commerce, MBA in Finance, Diploma in Finance and Business Law from Ryson University and is well-versed in all bookkeeping and accounting services. Jalal is a Chartered Professional Accountant – CPA (Ontario – Canada), Certified Internal Auditor (USA), Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan – FCA (Pakistan) Fellow Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan – FCMA (Pakistan). Jalal holds over 25 years of experience in National and International companies which include BDO, Dunwoody LLP, RBC, Deloitte, CITCO (Canada) Inc.
