He has worked in leading pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, MSD, Sanofi and Lundbeck on senior management positions including as CEO for 13 years. He has travelled extensively across the globe and is well aware of current global challenges. Over the years he has groomed several individuals who are working on senior leadership positions across the globe.
